30-Day Refund Window
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your first purchase. If MimicScribe isn't working out for you within that period, contact us and we'll process a refund.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, all sales are final. We encourage you to make full use of the free tier before purchasing to make sure MimicScribe meets your needs.
Subscription Renewals
If your subscription renews and you did not cancel beforehand, the renewal charge is not eligible for a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@mimicscribe.app with your purchase date and we'll process your refund — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
