Voice profiles stop matching after macOS 27 update — new meetings show only Mic/Remote

What happens

Since updating to macOS 27, no saved voice profile attaches to any new meeting. Transcripts show only the raw channel labels "Mic" and "Remote" — no names, no recognized-profile badge, no "Is this you?" suggestion.

I haven't yet checked whether the saved profiles are still listed in Settings > Speaker Profiles. If they're gone, this is data loss on upgrade rather than a matching failure — I'll follow up once I've looked.

A clean before/after boundary

Meetings recorded 14 Sept list real names:

• Dmytro Brahinets (you), Serhii Brykov, Viktoriia Honcharova, Unknown (unnamed)

Every meeting from 15 Sept onward lists only:

• Mic (unnamed), Remote (unnamed)

Nine consecutive meetings, same Mac, same mic, same participants — several are recurring calls with the same people on both sides of the boundary.

All nine were recorded in Offline Mode, so Offline Mode is not the variable: speaker recognition is on-device and was matching fine in Offline Mode before the update.

Expected

Saved voice profiles match speakers on-device, as they did before the update.

Note on the cause

rc.31 shipped 15 Sept, the same day the boundary falls. I updated macOS and the app close together, so I can't separate the two from here — it may be the OS, the app version, or the combination.
