I've had this happen two times with the latest update, not sure if it was in the old one

• Transcription is running, all good
• Meeting ends, and I stop recording
• If post-meeting summary fails, the transcript is not saved (the raw one)

I don't know if its a bug or state machine/process, but If the transcript could be written to the meeting log in real time (so whatever is captured as a raw log is there regardless of any failures) etc

I lost 2 meeting transcripts because I hit 'stop recording' and the transcript vanished.
