Inline speaker renaming in post-meeting transcript. Speaker labels in the transcript are now directly editable — hover to reveal the edit affordance, click to rename. When enough voice data exists, renaming also saves a speaker profile for automatic recognition in future meetings. Visual feedback (green badge + tooltip) confirms whether a profile was saved or just a local rename. Speaker colors stay stable across renames.
